Tag Tuesday – The Quick Fire Fantasy Book Tag!

Hello friends! Today instead of doing a Top Ten Tuesday, I’m going to be doing a book tag! This book tag is a quick fire tag about fantasy books. I found this tag on Becky’s Book Blog and thought that it would be a lot of fun to do!

Rules

  • Thank the person who tagged you and link back to their post
  • Link to the creator’s blog (thebookwormdreamer.wordpress.com) in your post
  • Answer the prompts below – all fantasy books!
  • Tag 5 others to take part
  • Enjoy!

5 Star Book

Our Bloody Pearl by D.N. Bryn is a book that I adored and gave 5 stars. If you like murderous sirens and steampunk this is the book for you.

Always Going to Recommend

I absolutely adore Silver in the Wood by Emily Tesh and I will always recommend it to people who like atmospheric fantasy that is a little bit spooky.

Own It But Haven’t Read It Yet

Master of One by Jaida Jones and Dani Bennett is one of those books that I picked up and was so hyped to read, but just haven’t actually read yet. I keep looking at it and thinking about reading it and haven’t yet. So I need to get to it soon.

Would Read Again

Rare Vigilance by M.A. Grant and its sequel, Crooked Shadows, are some of my all time favourite books. I have already read them twice and I have full intentions of reading them again, especially when the final book in the trilogy comes out.

In Another World

Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldree is a slice-of-life fantasy in a dungeons and dragons type world. It is a 5 star read and I will absolutely be reading it again. It was so comforting and I loved the classic fantasy vibes in a much lower stakes way.

Back on Earth

A Master of Djinn by P. Djeli Clark is an alternate history steampunk story set in Cairo in 1912. I adored this book. It was so interesting and the mystery was really fun. I loved the alternate history aspect of this.

  1. Love this post! I totally agree about A Master of Djinn & can’t wait till I can get my hands on the next book. I’ve never read Our Bloody Pearl, but seeing as you rated it 5* I’ll definitely be adding it to my tbr 😀
